Bom apartamento

O apartamento por ser de um prédio mais antigo é bem amplo mesmo, e estava bem limpo quando chegamos. Precisa de algumas manutenções, mas nossa estadia foi boa. O terceiro quarto é um “quarto” de serviço e se tivéssemos ido com mais um casal, não sei se ficaria confortável. Referente a localização é ótimo, perto de muitaaaa coisa, e o principal, pertinho da praia!

Banheiros não funcionam o anúncio não condiz com a realidade

No anúncio a dona do imóvel fala de 3 banheiros. Porém, apenas 1 banheiro funciona. 1 banheiro o da lavanderia está com o ralo entupido e o chuveiro quebrado. Se for usar inundará a lavanderia e a cozinha. No da suite o chuveiro está com a resistência queimada de propósito, pois se ligar mais de um chuveiro junto a chave do disjuntor cai. Tentei falar com a dona algumas vezes, quando ela simplesmente abandonou quem alugou. Jogou a responsabilidade para o zelador que nada pode fazer a não ser ficar na portaria o dia todo. Enfim, se for com familia grande prepare-se para usar apenas 1 banheiro.

Tranquilidade

Imóvel limpo, condomínio limpo. O zalador Bruno é extremamente solicito e simpático. Sua acessoria deu plena segurança a hospedagem. Um cuidado com o banheiro da lavanderia, pois apesar de ter pia e chuveiro, está com retorno do esgoto e alaga se forem utilizados. Os outros dois banheiros perfeitos.
