Hele mooie hacienda, prachtige kamer. Jammer dat we enige gasten waren. Het leek ook eerst of we niet verwacht werden, ontvangst was matig. Amper aangekomen dienden we meteen aan te geven of we wensten te dineren en we kregen 2 minuten om uit menu te kiezen. Onze reistassen stonden nog maar net in de kamer. Om 19u dan aan tafel maar ons gerecht was blijkbaar al een uur voordien bereid. Letterlijk koude steak en koude frieten. Op de koop toe bracht men na 3 minuten het ijsje dat mijn vrouw als dessert besteld had. Ontbijt was daarentegen zeer goed en men was toen veel hartelijker.

The staff was extremely attentive and friendly. We had a great guided walking tour of the town and surrounding area. They provided transportation to Alausí upon checkout at a very reasonable price. The daughter of the cook was our personal guide and super fun.

Todo excelente solo un detalle menor.

Todo excelente Lo único que deben tener en cuenta es qué hay zancudos por la noche y que a pesar de la limpieza que tienen, creo que es importante Talvez fumigar antes de que lleguen los huéspedes, pero la verdad es que es un detalle menor.
