Had to contact the property to gain access in to the apartment. The guards seemed lost. When we finally received the code to go into the apartment the first thing we noticed was that the although there were air conditioners the remotes were missing so we had to contact the property again to which they replied the next day and had a remote brought over. Overall very nice. Cozy place to stay.

Todo estuvo bien en general, el depa está muy céntrico de la ciudad, y cuenta con todos los Servicios, te sientes como en casa, solo recomendaría darle un poco de limpieza a la sala y dejar más suministros de papel de baño y shampoo, además de incluir por lo menos un día de limpieza en una estancia tan larga como la nuestra, ya que estuvimos 8 días en la propiedad

Hice la reservación por varios días ya que estaba saliendo de una cirugía, el día 07 de abril que era mi acceso me enviaron 15 minutos antes el código para poder ingresar ya que mi check in era a las 3:00 pm, al llegar minutos más tarde, ingrésamos el código y vaya sorpresa que no nos daba acceso, intentamos comunicarnos vía telefónica (NUNCA CONTESTAN), Whatsaap, mensaje de texto y por último al correo, pero para esto ya habían pasado un par de horas, con maletas, recién operada, afuera del departamento y en el piso 20, optamos por irnos a otro hotel, más tarde nos contestaron por correo electrónico, neceando que ese era el código de acceso lo cual ya muy molesta no conteste, pasaron las horas y me llega otro correo informándonos que se habían equivocado de código, NO ME REGRESARON EL DINERO QUE PAGUE POR ESA NOCHE EN EL HOTEL QUE TUVE QUE RESERVAR, NI TAMPOCO HICIERON POR SOLUCIONAR NADA, NO LOS RECOMIENDO Y MUCHO MENOS ESE SISTEMA TAN FEO QUE TIENEN QUE NO ESTÁN AL PENDIENTE DE SUS HUÉSPEDES, YA QUE EL PROBLEMA NO FUE DE NOSOTROS,SI NO DE ELLOS.
