The room was clean, but general areas could've been cleaner. They offered a complementary hot breakfast which was nice. Breakfast had chilaquiles, eggs (had to put chilaquiles sauce for more taste), beans & 2 types of yogurts & fruit. Location was excellent & felt safe in the area.

The location was right in the center of Guadalajara. Perfect walking distance to the shops, cafes, metro and the cathedral. I felt safe since I was with my dad in the area. There were some unhoused individuals around the area but I didn’t feel uncomfortable. Not sure why others said it was unsafe. Breakfast was good! Not American breakfast so thank goodness. The room was okay, good size for solo traveler but house cleaning never refilled the hand wash and sheets/bath towels were a bit stained. A great view of the centro. I would advise those that are light sleepers that there is a lot of noise and construction outside of the hotel. It didn’t bother me since I can sleep through noise. Staff were very nice and helpful as well. They let us check in earlier which I appreciated.

The place is in front of the catedral but inside it’s smell bad , staff is not friendly and the rooms are super small .. they over charge for their service

Is literally a motel no bellboy no terrace no nice restaurant no lobby if you’re close phobic definitely is not a place to be. There is no service at all. It’s just a place to sleep no bar not nothing. It’s just a place to sleep. no coffee maker, horrible towels, horrible bed

When I arrived, I asked if my room had a telephone because last year the were working at the phones still working year after still…., somebody when to the room , came back and said that yes it was a phone at the room , I arrived to the room NO PHONE …. The water at the sink wasn’t working… I didn’t enjoyed my stayed there

Wonderful location. Our room had a terrace facing the main square. Very friendly staff, pretty much a full breakfast included with rate. Close to subway. Very basic room but clean.
