Great location and walkable to many places, close to restaurants, stores, locations
Great communication with Misael at front desk. Rooms were great, breakfast was delicious 😋
The location is excellent; the historical center is right downstairs.
However, there are homeless people on one side of the subway station below the hotel at night, and the police only on main street , so be careful. When we returned to the hotel from there, the homeless asked for money and threatened us.
Staffs were Courteous very helpful, breakfast is not great, utensils are not clean, plates were dirty, double bed rooms are small, location is great no doubt about that, Everything is near by.
Staff: Fernando and Luis always went above and beyond to assist us and to make sure all was well with us.
The hotel in general was always clean. Breakfast was always fully stocked
