After going out one day, we were stuck without being able to access the hotel because of the higher staff couldn’t reach anybody or access the hotel rooms so we had to stay in a different room. The worst experience I’ve ever had.

It was a great stay. Very Modern rooms that do not feel like a hotel room at all. The creativity of the sleeping area and cool little pull out stiars to the king bed felt like a tree house wich I really enjoyed! Very fun little place! There are not many trash cans in the common areas or by the elevators or garage. Pretty minor but there were a few times I was wondering around looking for garbage cans. Probably creatively concealed haha. Would stay here again in a heart beat, actually stayed in Guadalajara an extra 2 days partly because I like the room so much!

All good except it took a while to find the tv remote and then more time and help from the front desk to get it working. Also, had to wait for the wifi password (codigo) for a while, the person checking us in didn’t seem to know what it was. It should just be written somewhere in the room. Other than that, room was great!
