Honestly this is a great price for the area and the space all around. That being said the only bad thing is the price brings a very loud crowd with people who are messy and not aware they’re not the only people in existence. Hearing drunk people on the fone or arguing with someone in person was my only complaint but I know the staff can’t control this

The restaurant "El Comedor" by the front desk, cashiers overcharge and don't return the money. You have to make sure you know the prices of the items and always ask for receipts. Everything else was okay.

Nice hotel in a decent area. Its not an amazing property but comfortable. Rooms are small but clean and modern. We had some serious water pressure issues in shower and sink where water barely dribbled. Staff were very nice, decent restaurant and walking distance to restaurants, the University, groceries, etc... Good Location :)

Reception staff unfriendly , receptionist lie to me telling me the mini split head in the room was only ac when requested to fixed since I am a hvac contractor here in us you can imagine how disappointed was that poor maintenance in general restaurant food below average The only positive service staff in the restaurant thumbs up hotel has potential but poor management I believe it’s the problem since the manager is not friendly acts like he is giving you a favor so what can you expect from the rest of the reception staff

Great spot as home base for sight seeing. The neighborhood directly around the hotel is safe but a little run down. However, a few miles in one direction is the historic district and the in the other is a vibrant area of cafes and restaurants. It requires walking or uber but this hotel was perfect for us as first time Guadalajara tourists.

Un lugar muy tranquilo, el personal muy atento a lo que necesitábamos. Estacionamiento que fue lo mejor ya que Guadalajara es muy saturado. La comida del restaurante buena pero no excelente, pero precios muy accesibles. Si lo recomiendo mucho.
