The breakfast was awesome. You can make hot waffles or egg and sausage sandwiches. The parking was ok. Parking lot kind of small but we still found a parking g space close to the front door. The room was cozy, the bed was very comfortable however, there was urine stains on the toilet which I cleaned myself. The bathroom was clean with fresh towels but apparently housekeeping did not remember to wipe down the toilet. Also the heating unit was unplugged and we had not heat. I did not complain to the front desk because we were there for just one night and I sleep better when it’s chilly.

The room was fine, clean, no frills, easy check in. But the staff harassed us constantly about our pet. I marked on my check in that I had a pet but no one commented or asked other questions. Then throughout the stay I got repeated calls from the front desk demanding I disclose if I had a pet. Which I thought I already had. I was told housekeeping entered my room - even though I had a do not disturb sign on my door - and was surprised by my dog. I have no idea why someone entered my room without my permission. My dog is incredibly well behaved and does not bark. I was charged additional fees that were not disclosed upfront. This hotel was advertised on Hotels.com as being pet friendly but they clearly are not. The staff rudeness and constant harassment was not worth this stay.

Easy parking. Great room, very quiet, so I slept well. Enjoyed complimentary breakfast at the hotel. Hotel also has other restaurant option near by if needed. Easy access to the Interstate.

The shower was dirty and stained. The coverlet was dirty and looked unwashed. The sofa and ottoman had stains of questionable origin. And the floor did not seem like it had been vacuumed. Someone’s flossing pic was under the bedside table.
