Welcome to Deerborn Haven, a spacious 4-bedroom paradise in Pine Mountain Lake, California, a scenic 33 miles from Yosemite National Park. Thoughtfully designed for families, multi-generational groups, and friends, this private mountain escape offers comfort, fun, and relaxation in a safe, gated community.

Please note: Pine Mountain Lake charges a $55 per vehicle gate fee (subject to HOA change). This one-time fee per car is paid at the gate (cash or credit) and provides access to all community amenities, including the private lake, marina, golf course, and pool.

No open fires allowed from May 1 through November 15 due to high fire danger in the Sierra Nevada foothills.
No smoking and no parties or events are permitted on the property. Thank you for helping us maintain a peaceful, family-friendly mountain retreat.
EV charging is not permitted at the property. Quiet hours are 10 PM – 8 AM to respect our neighbors and the Pine Mountain Lake community.
