Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Turn off all fans
Turn AC units to 78 degrees
Take all towels downstairs to the washing room that is located in the basement.
Put items back in their original place
Make sure all game pieces are in the game boxes
Put lawn chairs and outdoor furniture back in their place
Permanently stained the linens/towels will be taken from your security deposit in order to replace them for the next guests. Please let us know which bedrooms if this has occurred.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
