Pricing reflects up to 12 guests, with additional rates for larger groups. The home can comfortably accommodate up to 20 people.

Wake up to stunning water views from nearly every room. With a flexible mix of king, queen, full, and twin beds, plus five full bathrooms featuring both bathtubs and showers, everyone can relax and recharge in comfort after a day of exploring.

Enjoy your own small private beach, exclusive neighborhood access to a private beach that is a 5 min walk, plus modern amenities like WiFi, air conditioning, and a washer/dryer for your convenience.

Entertainment is effortless with games, books, TVs, a cozy firepit, and even a nostalgic pilot room! Step outside to your own private pier—perfect for swimming, kayaking, and fishing. There are also two nearby casinos: Mohegan Sun and Foxwoods!

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Turn off all fans Turn AC units to 78 degrees Take all towels downstairs to the washing room that is located in the basement. Put items back in their original place
Make sure all game pieces are in the game boxes Put lawn chairs and outdoor furniture back in their place
Permanently stained the linens/towels will be taken from your security deposit in order to replace them for the next guests. Please let us know which bedrooms if this has occurred.

Epic home. Grandeur and style. Waterfront masterpiece. Property manager was nearby and so gracious. Built a fire in our fireplace and managed questions so helpfully. So many gorgeous well appointed rooms to choose from. Owner easy to reach and responsive before during and after stay.
