Located on the first floor, it consists of a nice living room of 35 m², a fully equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a bathroom and a garden of about 200 m². Sheets and towels in supplement, we wait for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A bright living room of 35 m² with TV, Wifi, double sofa bed, armchair and dining area
- A kitchen, open on the living room, equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates...

Super séjour passé à Porticcio…. Appartement confortable et très bien équipé, avec son immense jardin terrasse qui fait la différence rien à signaler par rapport à l’annonce mis à part qu’il manque un peu de lumière extérieure pour la voiture et l’allée qui y emmène. Mention pour Kevin qui est un super hôte. Merci

En revanche je trouve que fixer des frais de ménage à 80 euros, et demander des frais supplémentaires pour avoir le linge ( draps et serviettes) est un peu culotté . C’est la première fois que je voyais ça. Il n’y avait pas de sucre, pas de gel douche ni de shampoing, ni de savon pour les mains dans la salle de bain. une seule dosette de café. Ça fait un peu Picsou c’est dommage."
