Endroit agréable une fois dompté

L’Antica n’est pas vraiment un hôtel, pas vraiment un village vacances, mais entre les deux, et est l’une des composantes d’un très vaste ensemble de vacances. Pour vous y retrouver à votre arrivée, il faudra croire en votre bonne étoile et demander à quelqu’un du staff. C’est tout au fond du complexe. Calme, à côté des arbres. Cependant, le petit déjeuner buffet (très correct) se prend au 1er étage d’un autre bâtiment. La piscine est a 250m plus loin… évidemment on est en Italie, donc aucun petit panneau nulle part. Cependant, une fois le système compris, c’est bien tenu, propre, piscine très agréable avec transats a l’ombre (il faut un bonnet de bain… a 3€… retour en 1986), grande salle de sport très complète, chambre spacieuse avec grande terrasse au calme, clim, beaucoup de rangements. La Marina di Grosseto n’a aucun intérêt, mais de belles plages se trouvent plus loin.

Zéro communication et organisation !!!!!

Un établissement avec un jolie extérieur, rien à en redire mais en ce qui concerne l'intérieur, les espaces communs ne son pas très propres. Et concernant la communication entre le personnel, il se trouve qu'il n'y en a pas. Nous avons passé deux heures a monter au deuxième étage redescendre à l'accueil, non finalement il faut remonter puis aller dans votre chambre on vous l'apporte pour une heure plus tard non désolé il faut aller au deuxième étage le récupérer. C'est juste inadmissible pour un établissement qui justifie d'un certain standing. Des établissements une étoile sont beaucoup réactif sur ce genre de choses, nous avons parler à presque toutes les personnes de l'accueil et a chaque fois, euh non je ne suis pas au courant que voulez vous!! Juste pour un fer à repasser c'est assez dérisoire. Ah oui pour aller à la piscine il faut réserver au préalable, mais bien sûre personne ne nous a prévenu avant, donc autant vous dire qu'avez deux enfants en bas âge c'est assez difficile de se voir refuser l'accès à la piscine pour une non communication de la part du personnel. L'endroit est très jolie mais l'inefficacité du personnel vous fait vite oublié l'endroit et vous fait passer un mauvais séjour! Je ne parle même pas du responsable qui se trouve derrière l'accueil dans son bureau a dire des choses à son personnel sans venir nous voir directement et qui donne de mauvaise informations !!!!

Camere ampie Colazione scadente

L’antica Fornace fa parte dello stesso complesso dell’Hotel Fattoria la Principina. La distanza dal mare e circa 10-15 minuti in auto, ci sono 2 piscine (si accede prenotandosi, ai tempi del COVID è così) e diverse attività tipo villaggio a cui noi non abbiamo partecipato. La camera è ampia ed anche il bagno, ben arredata e funzionale. Esiste un frigobar con 2 bottigliette di acqua che anche se non l’ho visto scritto da nessuna parte ho scoperto poi essere a pagamento. Il W-FI funziona egregiamente ed anche l’aria condizionata. I prodotti da bagno (saponi ecc.) sono veramente scarsi. La pulizia è buona ma non eccezionale (ad esempio quando sono arrivato a lato del letto sempre sul mobile di testa c’era una zanzara schiacciata che con una spugna si poteva pulire, e quando sono andato via faceva ancora bella mostra di sé. La colazione, la stessa degli ospiti dell’Hotel Fattoria la Principina, è il punto dolente di questa struttura. Poca scelta di tutto (ad esempio di dolce c’erano due tipi di brioches con marmellata e vuota, più qualche fetta di torta industriale di basso livello e poi scatolini di nutella, miele o marmellata) e di qualità bassa, mi aspettavo molto meglio per una struttura di questo tipo e non c’entra nulla il Coronavirus .

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per una settimana,il posto bello peccato il resto!Hotel4stelle?la sera che siamo arrivati abbiamo cenato in loco,non l abbiamo più rifatto,primo perché il mangiare era mediocre e secondo non ci sono mai arrivate delle pietanze e abbiamo deciso di andarcene prima di finire,il cameriere era dispiaciuto ma si giustificava del fatto che fossero in due a lavorare da ore e un solo cuoco in cucina..(4stelle!!!)Per quanto riguarda la colazione...non si può avere un cappuccino o altro ci sono solo macchinette automatiche..le fette biscottate impacchettate della Mulino Bianco i corn flakes Kelloggs (che a fine colazione ripongono nelle apposite scatole), torte confezionate e non parliamo della frutta esposta ma non mangiabile.Mia figlia (5 anni)voleva del melone la risposta e’ stata che non ce n’era più..peccato che era al centro del tavolo esposto..quando ho chiesto spiegazioni mi hanno aperto un ananas dandomi solo 3 fettine per la bimba..per la piscina ci vuole la cuffia da pagare in loco (magari scrivetelo) i cani costano 10€ al giorno e cosa gli offrono?cuccia?ciotola per l’acqua?(scrivete anche questo perché nelle condizioni di hotel.com non è segnato). Per essere un hotel a 4stelle dovreste cambiare il servizio(uniche simpatiche e brave erano al bar della piscina),investire sul cibo (di qualita’ non di “mensa”)dare una sistemata alle camere,rinfrescata alle pareti e alle crepe nei muri, i plexiglas numerati sulle scale esterne chi piu ne ha...

Dopo l'ottima esperienza dello scorso anno....siamo tornati in questa struttura elegante, confortevole e silenziosa.... e siamo stati ripagati! La camera (una tripla) ampia, pulita, luminosa, silenziosa e confortevole, dotata di un bel balcone attrezzato con tavolo e sedie, bagno ampio e letto grande e veramente confortevole. Personale cordiale e disponibile. Colazione varia, abbondante e di buona qualità. La struttura è dotata di piscina all'aperto, di cui però non abbiamo usufruito. Migliorata (rispetto allo scorso anno) la connessione wi-fi.
