One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist. I was so pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The room was squeaky clean and very modern with spectacular views of the mountains. Breakfast had a nice variety of fresh food and the infinity pool and saunas were a great way to end the day. The location of the hotel is great- a very short walk to the train station and the gondola.

Amazing views from the pool, room is functional and has a good fan to keep air moving, and the fridge is an under rated benefit. Awesome true spa area as well, although I wish they did more at check in to explain the procedures so people don’t get awkwardly surprised (clothing is expressly banned, and it is mixed gender)

Located in the heart of Grindelwald this hotel was fabulous. We decided to book a room with a view of the Eiger and it didn’t disappoint especially sitting on the balcony sipping our coffee admiring the view. Our room was spotless and the bed was very comfy. I’d recommend anyone to use their spa especially the infinity pool on the roof overlooking the Eiger.
