We had a wonderful stay at this clean and comfortable cottage. Complete with everything you could possibly need including the most comfortable mattresses and pillows. The location is perfect for exploring the surrounding areas and downtown Greer is charming and enjoyable. We would highly recommend.

Lovely

Cottage is very cute, clean, & decorated nicely. I love how they designed the house to make two cottages without being cramped. The way it is laid out flowed nicely. We did not hear the person in the other cottage at all. The only caveat is the space between this house & the neighbors. Perhaps some neat landscaping or fence to give more separation & privacy.

We loved our stay! The house is SO much cuter in person and had EVERYTHING you could need for a 'home away from home' stay. The unit was very clean and beautifully decorated. The fenced in backyard was very helpful for our little dog, and we were only about three minutes from a Walmart. This is a perfect stay for a baseball/softball family as it's only around 18 mins to Tyger River Park. We had to be up very earlier for tournaments, so my only input for guests would be to sleep with earplugs if you don't have to be up early. The train is not directly by the house, but is close enough to mildly hear. Nothing that should sway you from staying. We will definitely book again when we are up this way again for another tournament.

Home away from home

Very clean house cute decor. I love the porch and the beds are extremely comfortable and it’s very close to downtown Greer, which has a great coffee shop within walking distance.

Cute duplex in Greer - great central location

This is a very clean, cozy cottage close to downtown Greer and with easy access to I-85, I-26, and Wade Hampton Blvd. We experienced an issue with a broken bed frame but the owner was extremely attentive and quick to respond. He, in fact, came and performed a repair himself. The check-in process was very easy. It is in an older but quiet neighborhood and was the 2nd time we stayed. It was quite comfortable for us.

Pleasant Stay

Very clean and comfortable. Suggest bringing ear plugs to reduce train noise. Walking distance to a very nice downtown Greer.We would like to stay at this same place on our next visit to this area.

Thanksgiving stay

This was a very clean cottage. Decorated for the comfort of their guests. Neighborhood is residential. Some of the homes were very rundown but location to the town was very good, walking distance. Overall I would recommend it.

Cozy Greer cottage in great location

We stayed in Greer to do some relocation research on the surrounding area and towns. This cottage was in a great, central location to access either Greenville or Spartanburg County. Communication with the hosts was very fast and easy. This cottage has everything you need and very comfortable beds! We had to unexpectedly cut our trip short due to a hurricane in FL, but we enjoyed our stay and will definitely plan another trip to complete our research.

Nice home in Greer

This was our second stay at this home, though last time we were on the other side of the duplex. It is comfortable and had everything we needed for a visit with our son's family nearby. Good communication with the owner re: an issue with the washer which we did not need anyway but it was nice of him to let us know. An awning or some sort of covered entrance over the front door would be nice - we got soaked when a storm came through while we were unloading. It also needs more than one mirror so people can be getting ready at the same time - one of my pet peeves, especially when the only mirror is in the bathroom. But overall, this cottage met our needs and is within walking distance of downtown Greer. We will be back, I am sure.

Amazing!

This house is so great! It’s the second time I stayed here although we rented the other side last time. It is walkable to everything and has the best front porch. Actually I would say this unit is better than the other side if you care about outdoor space which I totally do. Love this place if you find yourself in Greer. Owners are available but never bug you. Book it!
