The house was a perfect location - as close as you can get to Mt Abram! The main issue was that we paid a premium price for this house with a hot tub. We were not able to get an early check in as the hot tub was being cleaned which was completely fine. What I didnt realize at the time meant that they filled it with 50 degree water from the hose and the hot tub was completely unusable during our 2-night stay. We were not told this in advance. The rest of the house was nice and comfortable! We were told we would get a hot tub refund but weeks later after our stay we only got 50 refund which after researching the standard is 20-30% refund per night which is significantly more than what we ended up getting as a refund. Lastly we asked for a late check out so we could enjoy the day at the mountain and take our time leaving. They agreed to let us leave later at 2pm. We went back to the house at 1:30pm to get ready to leave and we were locked out. No response to us on a new door code until 4:30pm!! Thankfully we had left another door open so we were able to get our stuff and leave at 2, Not the experienece we were hoping for since we paid top dollar for the area and were only there for a short time.
