Picked the hotel to have a pool. Checked in and was told pool should be open and later was told it was closed for the day. Wanted to see about canceling to go somewhere else but was stuck due to the fact we walked into the room. Put a bad taste for the property for me. The staff was very polite and professional.

When we arrived the floor under the sink was wet, we didn't see at leak so we dried it with a towel. In the morning it was a puddle. Office switched our room, double billed. Still pending refund for second charge.

Room was clean and very comfortable. Check-in was easy and the lady at the front desk was very kind. The only complaint I have is that the ice had a strong fishy taste and was unusable.

I’ve stayed many times, although Baymont is really dated it’s clean and people are nice. This time the chair in the room was FILTHY and there was damage on the night stand. The lock on the door didn’t function properly. I needed to get the lady at the desk to help and she said “ it’s fine, sometimes it works and sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t “. Disappointed in this stay.

Disappointed from out of town!

When I checked in, I was given a room that smelled like marijuana and cigarettes. It was awful! I went back to the front desk, the clerk gave me another room and it still smelled like cigarettes. I was exhausted from traveling and very disappointed in this hotel!
