There were several upgrades to the property to make it a nice stay. The kitchen looks great and provides everything you need for your stay. The furniture is stylish and functional.I do not fault the owner, nor is my score lower, for the bad luck that the refrigerator quit working while I was there. It is surprising since the refrigerator seemed newer. I own rental properties and know that things go wrong at the worst possible times. However, there were maintenance issues that I couldn’t allow to go unaddressed if it were my property. The worst was the obvious rotted floor under the bathroom tile that caused the tiles to be loose, cracked, and uneven. Several places need paint. The use of towels and a blanket to covered the bath windows is not in keeping with the other parts of the apartment. There is also one window in the bedroom that does not close properly. As a result, there is a gap at the top that allows the cold and street noise to pour in.I hope the owner resolves the issues. The property has great potential and could be a star.
