The apartment is located on a gated property approximately 10 miles north of Greenville, Texas and an hour outside of the DFW Metroplex. We are nestled amongst 10 acres of woods and pasture.

The apartment is located on the second floor of a detached building next to the main house on the property. This fully-furnished one-bedroom home includes a full size kitchen, living room, queen bedroom, en suite bathroom, a walk-in closet, and full size washer and dryer in a separate laundry room.
The home encompasses 850 sq. ft of living space overlooking the woods from a balcony deck.
Heat and AC is climate controlled for each room of the apartment by remote controls located in the living room and bedroom. There is a ceiling fan in the bedroom as well, and tankless water heaters provide a stream of continuous hot water for the apartment. Other amenities include, coffee maker, toaster, hair dryer, iron, and a KitchenAid Mixer.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washer/dryer, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Housekeeping is available on request.
