The lobby fire place was exquisite however the kitchen at the Between the Trees restaurant misfired on a couple of dishes and our server at dinner our first night there was hyper-active.

Need to brush up on customer courtesy.

I found the reception staff to be unfriendly and really didn’t understand how to handle simple tasks like arranging for room storage when our room wasn’t ready at 3:35 (that’s another story). Also the front desk at the restaurant equally lacked charm.

Perfect Anniversary Get Away

From the moment my wife and I arrived we experienced friendly exceptional service. The hotel is a showplace and our room had great views of the river /waterfalls. We received awesome attention at check in and a great big shoutout to Tatianna… the best bartender I you will ever meet. Highly recommend this fantastic hotel.
