My room was ok. Cleaners missed a couple spots but nothing major. My king bed was everything. It was Nice and Comfortable which i enjoyed. Parking was ok. No elevators, only 2 floors, if i would change anything i would add more steps its crazy to go to 1 location and walk to the room so you werent near your car but could see it you know. Front staff guy was nice and friendly. I didnt make it to breakfast.

Room was extremely dirty when I went to get the guest service attendant she agreed that the room was extremely dirty and stated she was going to get the hotel manage and when he came he refused to give me a clea room he was extremely disrespectful and on top of that he went into the syatem and changed check in date so that it would not reflect on the reciept that I actually did pay for it he was extremelhy rude and me banned from there I have not received my refund

Yes. The room was dark and smelled of stale cigarettes. Dirty walks and doors. Spiderwebs in ceiling . Dust on everything and the microwave had hardened food everywhere inside . Bedding was stained and the parking lot was trashed ! It was terrible. Breakfast was horrible . Quality of food was poor almost like a prison .

If you're looking for a hotel for a one-night stay in a real emergency and you're not with your family, this could be a good option. It's very well located, but unfortunately, the dirty rooms and the general bad smell made us leave before our reserved time.

The shower head did not work properly could not take a shower. No trash can in the room, the coffee maker had enough dust thatvyou could plant a garden. And in between the bed and nightstand there is an empty water bottle and an aluminum wrapping. Ot to mention the rooms look nothing like they do online it is some serious false advertising !!
