The “staff” called me the day before to let me know the office closes at 6pm and I would need to be there by then to get the key. I told him we would be there between 4-6. Then called me the day of to verify again that we were coming. Then he texted saying the phones were down and the office was closing at 3. When we reserved the room we had used a card to hold the room and said we would pay to when we got there. We were going to pay with a different cars but while driving there they charged the “card on file” at 2 pm, not when we got there. They left our keys in a lock box and texted a code to get them. Then when we arrived there was the paperwork for us to sign in our room which gave them the authority to charge our card. In them doing what they did it caused me to incur banking fees and bounced a payment that I had already paid not knowing what they had done. The room had a smell but was kinda clean. It was a musty smell. The furniture is definitely well used. The mattress made you roll to the center. We were in a tight spot and we made do, but I'm not sure if I would recommend them or not.

Great staff! Terrible place to stay.

We found a ROACH in our room the first night. Later we tried to turn the heater on and immediately the whole room smelled of smoke and set the alarm off, as the heater blew some drywall-like powder at us. They don’t provide any towels/soaps beyond the first night, and housekeeping only comes once a WEEK. Next time we’ll pay the extra $15 for a real hotel!
