Wonderful Property!

Amazing location in a very quiet neighborhood. Very close to restaurants, grocery stores, and anything else you might need. The state of this home was immaculate; by far the cleanest home we've stayed in. The host was very responsive in our communication. Primary bedroom/bath on the main floor (and half-bath) with remaining 3 bedrooms upstairs worked out perfectly for our group.One thing to note - there is no TV in the main living area downstairs. The only community TV is upstairs in the loft common area. This was not an issue for our group, but is something to keep in mind when booking. All 4 bedrooms have a TV, so that was a nice amenity. This property will be our go-to when visiting the High Point/Winston-Salem area.

Wonderful house and location!

We came down to North Carolina for a weeks long stay to watch our son play in his college baseball showcase at First National Bank Field. We absolutely loved our stay at this house. The house was gorgeous and had everything we could ever need, and then some! I loved the size of the bedrooms and the loft area was my favorite. The sectional was the perfect size for myself, husband, 7 year old daughter, mother in law, father in law, and my mom to sit on comfortably with extra space to spare. I loved the neighborhood and went for 2 walks a day with my family. The playground was a big hit with my daughter and we all enjoyed walking to the pond and watching the ducks. The house is located within 5 minutes of any store and restaurant you could ever want to go to. We definitely will be renting this house again when our sons college team returns to play more baseball!

Saunders Family back again

High Point stay

We had a lovely time at the property. Simone and team are highly responsive to messages and getting into the property was seamless. Having stayed at various rental properties over the years, it cannot be overstated how a clean and quiet setting with little touches can make the shift the entire experience. Perfect Home with the Most Attentive Host

We were in town for a Little League Regional Tournament. The tournament got extended due to weather and the host, Simone, graciously allowed us to stay an additional night so we wouldn’t have to find alternate accommodations on short notice. We will definitely stay at this property again if we return to the area.

Renovation

My family and pet needed a place to stay for a month while our home was under renovations. The property was centrally located to work, restaurants and downtown High Point. The home was decorated beautifully and the beds were very comfortable. The Property manager was quick to respond to any request and always let us know when the maintenance person would arrive. Simone, Property manager was great to work with and the area was extremely quiet and well maintained. I would suggest taking out the insurances they offer because I never thought I would be the one falling down the stairs and fractured my toe. Had I taken the insurance, my medical bills would've been covered. (I think) the house was well equipped with everything you needed for the home even the seasoning for your food, not just salt and pepper. By having to stay a month, there was an extra fee for house keeping which I felt should've been in the cost up front that I didn't agree with. That was the only con I have about the whole process. Would love to stay again if something arises again. Thank you Vrbo/Simone. Respeatfully, Sheila S.

Inviting and Comfortable

Beautiful home in a nice area with friendly neighbors. Easy access to major roads and lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Home is very well kept. Only disappointment was the fireplace is for looks only. Beds were incredibly comfortable and linens were top rate. We have used VRBO 20+ times and this was one of the best hosts I’ve dealt with. Simone answers questions promptly and makes check-in and check-out simple. Would definitely book this home again!

Convenient and Homey

We stayed during a volleyball competition so we were gone a lot of the time. When we were there we mainly showered and slept. Plenty of space for the whole family to stretch out and have their own space. Washer/dryer was a plus, dishes in cabinet worked great for our nightly cookies, and everything was as described. Neighborhood is packed in tight and tons of vehicles on the street but that wasn’t a bother to us as we only navigated it a couple of times per day. Overall a great stay and we would stay here again.

Family attendace for a memorial

It was a well kept surprisingly large home for 2100sq ft. It had 4 large bed rooms with a well laid out kitchen and family room.it also had a nice loft area on second floor. The home was in a nice neighborhood of single family homes. It was located close to shopping and was located near major highways so travel to all major towns and airports wea easy.

Easy and comfortable stay

We stayed here to visit HPU, family and prospective college students. The home was very spacious and lovely and we felt the location was in a nice, safe neighborhood and easy to find. The drive to HPU was about 10-15 min away, but it was an easy no traffic drive. Simone was very accommodating and easy to work with, she responded quickly to any questions we had. We enjoyed our stay even though it was short, and we would definitely stay here again!
