Above all, Chris was a great communicator and host to work with! This house is adorable, warm and much larger than it appears in pictures. The beds were all super comfortable and the upstairs was such a creative area for adults to be comfortable in. The kitchen was perfect to cook in and had all that we needed. Location was perfect for us since it was very close to the grocery and the family we were visiting. All of the extra touches in this house such as great TVs, snacks, blankets, etc. were great! Thanks for helping our Thanksgiving family get together just perfect!

Cleanliness and location. We were furniture shoppimg at furnitureland south which was 11 minutes driving time away. Many great restaurants on the way back.

Well equipped, clean home near lots of attractions. We really enjoyed staying at this property while in town for a wedding. Plenty of space for our family and we enjoyed spending time on the patio making s’mores in the evenings and our boys enjoyed playing games in the basement. Highly recommend this property!

Lovely home minutes away from HPU and Publix.Chris, the host, was wonderful to communicate with and very accommodating! The house was very clean. Beds super comfortable. Great backyard for cornhole! Very friendly neighbors. We will definitely be back!!

Girls trip for a basketball tournament

My daughters and I stayed here for the weekend. We had a tournament in Greensboro. High point was a perfect location!! The house was immaculate. The attention to detail was spot on! Home was very clean. The beds were comfy and cozy. There is so much room in this home!! I would stay again hands down. We absolutely loved High Point! Such a beautiful town.

Awesome place and perfect for enjoying time with our friends and family at HPU. Back yard was perfect for enjoying the great weather, games, cookout, firepit and more!!! Great spacious rooms! Can’t beat the location!!

High Point Graduation

This is a charming home near High Point University which was perfect for us to attend graduation. It is exactly as it is presented in the pictures. Chris was very helpful when we needed something and there were plenty of games for adults to utilize while there. We had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this location.

Nice house / Great host

The place was very nice and clean. The host has everything in detail to explain what you need to know in the house. There are three separate bedrooms and two baths. One of the bathrooms has only a tub with a handheld shower and that is upstairs in a very spacious Apartment looking area. The other bathroom is downstairs and is shared between the two bedrooms on the main floor. All maintain very well, and the beds are incredibly comfortable!

Amazing!

What a wonderful weekend we had staying at this house. It was the perfect location, walking distance to HPU for the homecoming festivities. Chris is a wonderful host constantly checking to make sure we had all we needed. I would definitely plan to stay here on my next visit to High Point!

We had a fantastic stay at this property during the annual homecoming event at A&T State University. The house was beautiful, clean, and spacious, providing all the comforts we needed for a relaxing visit. Located about 20 minutes from campus. The host was very helpful and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed. We really appreciated the videos and step-by-step guide that made settling in a breeze. Highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Highpoint or Greensboro!

North Carolina Stay

Nice 1940’s home in a quiet neighborhood with great landlord.

Chris was an outstanding landlord. Always answered his phone if we had a question. He thought of even the little things like clocks in each bedroom and house even came with an Alexa. Extra throws in the living room to cover up with. Lots of space in the back yard for a bbq. We did not utilize it due to the heat. Lots of space in the great rooms like kitchen and dining. My daughter loved the comfort and privacy of the room in the attic. It was like a studio apt. Up there with its own private ac to keep it nice and cool. In the basement was a washer and dryer we utilized as not to have to end our vacation with a bunch of laundry. The location is very convenient to Walmart and lots of restaurants. We would stay there again and recommend it to anyone. We really enjoyed our stay.
