We had a wonderful stay with our three little kids (2, 4 and 6). The pool area was perfect for them and safe, not overwhelming like larger indoor parks can be. Room was marge and spacious and food from 1951 was delicious. We will definitely be staying again!

shabby cheap.... a once well kept establishment at one point I'm sure but use and wear tear is definitely setting it. It's followed by lack of up keep and preventative measures to stop unsightly and in some places disgusting. Behind dressers and beds it is left with wrappers and so much makes you wonder if it's lack of cleaning skills or just down right lazyniness. Ican tell that furniture has not been moved in years. we found a molded decrepit cupcake under our sink that was overlooked more that one 1 time. The ceiling above our tub was so wet and b

My only complaint was I was told I could request a late check out in the morning. Nobody told me only 1 room in a section could get a late checkout. So by 8am they told me I could not get one as the late check out was taken. Had I know this I would have phoned the reception early.

Our rooms were not vaccumed, hair in sink, garbage in floor, stains on curtains, pool and hot tub had so much chlorine. Pool is onky ooen until 9 during the week even in New Years Eve. Then the day of check out at 9 AM housing keeping twice just walked in my room. One time I was getting dressed. I love the pool area for the kids but after this experience I may have to find a different place.

The room was nice, had the shuttle To and from the game. But the biggest reason was the staff. Super friendly. Super accommodating. Was able to honor a request without any issues and with a smile on their faces. Awesome. Will be back next time we are in town
