This apartment is located to the right of the main building photo and above the kitchen. Very close to restaurants, traditional shops, public transport, an old windmill and a soccer pitch for family walks. You will admire the ambiance of the neighborhood and the tranquility throughout the day. It is located in the picturesque village of Ano Volimes, just a few minutes drive from the famous shipwreck view. Within 4-15 kilometers, there are several wonderful beaches and diving spots. Coffee station, fridge, oven, two upright fans, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and a balcony are among the amenities. Individual entrance with a wooden stair of 10 steps leads to the apartment. Below the studio, there is a fully-equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave oven, hob, kettle, and oven. The kitchen is shared with the staff and other visitors who live in the building next to this apartment. Usually, it is not busy and can be used from 8.00 a.m. to 10 p.m.Manual use for the hot water boiler is needed. Turn on the switch for 10-15 minutes in case to have access to hot water. The tap water is provided by the island wells and it is strongly advised not to be consumed for drinking purposes. Mineral water will wait for you in the fridge at your arrival. The extra water has to be bought from you for your personal drinking needs. We kindly ask you not to throw any paper or other items in the toilet in the case to avoid malfunction of the toilet system. Due to the lack of community sewage system, we would appreciate a gentle use of the water in the bathroom.
