Doors on both sides of the great room lead outside to an enormous wrap around deck with solar lighting accents. The media room is adjacent to the great room -- perfect for a family movie night. The large custom kitchen is designed to accommodate 'many cooks in the kitchen' -- with a new stove and dishwasher, as well as a unique natural cut wood breakfast bar. The dining room is anchored by a long rustic farm table fit for entertaining all your friends or family. The spacious laundry room/mudroom has a new washer and dryer, as well as sink and storage.

Five spacious bedrooms (and 3 1/2 baths) offer private sleeping areas for everyone. An open staircase with rod iron rails takes you to the upper floor where three of the bedrooms are located. The lower ground level sports a recreation room w/ another stone surrounded gas fireplace, TV, bar, new pool table with a ping pong conversion top. Two additional bedrooms and a bathroom are on the lower level and all rooms there have direct access to a stamped concrete patio, perfect for entertaining.

Our chalet is fully equipped with linens, bath towels, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, fully stocked kitchen, Keurig, 12-cup coffee maker, electric kettle, ground coffee and Keurig cups. We have boards games, pool table, ping pong, a fire pit and a library-worth of books.
