There was candy on the floor. Grunge on the bathroom sink. I had a TERRIBLE TIME getting on the internet and was handed an 800 # to call to fix the issue myself. Choice hotel customer service was no help at all.

Well. I stayed in a suite on the 4th floor and appreciated the comfort of having two rooms to enjoy plus a balcony with view of the mountains. Being in the Marketplace shopping area is the best location in town. Supermarket, shoe store, Old Navy, BARNES AND NOBLES, and a movie theater within walking distance. Easy access to the Airport as well. You cant beat that. No I dont work for the hotel,. Just a very satisfied customer !

It was close to the airport. Staff was friendly and courteous. Included breakfast was satisfying. The airport shuttle runs only between 10am and 4pm. That’s something I wish I’d known before arriving at 8:30pm.

Greeted by a kind front desk person. The stairs smelled like dog pee. Our room had an odd smell. Luckily it was a cool night so I could open the window. Room seemed clean. Bed was comfortable but all fat pillows.

We were in an accessibility room which we did not need but it was my mistake when I booked the room. However other than the bathroom I think it would be very hard for anyone with accessibility concerns to manage in the room asl it was very right space around the bed and desk. The first night we had no towels or amenities in the room so got them from the front desk. Second night when we returned from all day excursion our room was cleaned and serviced but the door had been propped open. Thankfully nothing was missing. The breakfast was fine. The front desk staff were helpful. Location is fine if you want to be close to airport or highway.

I was told during checkin the prior evening that there would be a shuttle for 5am to the airport for me and no one was there in morning to take me. was told by lady at the desk in the morning that guests are on their own prior to 5:30am. Also during checkin was told that I would be charged to park there for while I was out of town even though was advertised as free. When I got to the room neither of the keys worked. After fixing the keys when I walked into the room it smelled like old urine. The shower/bathtub was moldy/dirty. A light outside flickered the entire night. I could hear everyone talking and multiple people yelling throughout the night. The door to my room did NOT LOCK. This is extremely concerning. I do not recommend staying here unless you want your clothes and any other belongings to smell like the room you stayed in.
