Staff was super friendly, hotel clean and new. Beds and pillows amazingly comfortable (and I am super picky). Water pressure doesn't knock your socks off, but manageable. Beyond my expectations for a HI Express! Nice work.

Highly recommend!

Highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in the area. Spent the weekend skiing at Boyne and this was the perfect place to stay a short distance from there! Very clean and seems to be newly renovated. Breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly. I would stay here again.

No more blow dryers in rooms

This stay was my least favorite. For a Holiday Inn I expected a coffee pot in my room, a bed with clean sheets, not just remade from the previous guest, and a blow dryer. There was also no mini fridge or microwave. I also expected housekeeping to have been completed by check in, but they were still there cleaning past 6pm and not being quiet about it. For a Holiday Inn I'm extremely disappointed.

Nice place.

The hotel is in a great location. That was a plus. The beds are very comfortable, which was shocking and pleasant. Half of the outlets on the room didn’t work and our TV screen had a blue tint on everything. The inside of the toilet was dirty and there were toothpaste spots on the bathroom mirror… that wasn’t cool. But other than that it was great. Not every hotel will be perfect. The overall comfort of the beds made up for the tv and the bathroom needed another wipe down.
