Terrible stay

The room smelled like wet dog and their weren’t enough cover for the bed. While we were sleeping at 0230 they had double booked our room and the other party was trying to get in. They went and got the manager and actually got the door open! If I didn’t have the door lock on they would have gotten in and then who knows what would have happened. I checked out first thing in morning

Couldn't have asked for a more pleasant, comfortable stay. The bed was heavenly, and the hotel is shockingly quiet for being so close to the highway. Nicely stocked breakfast selection. We had an issue with our toilet, and it was resolved very quickly and satisfactorily. Excellent value overall.

Toilet in room was broken. Reported at 9am. Returned at 9pm to room still not fixed. Had to use the restroom in by the front desk. 3:30am someone attempts to enter the room using card. Desk calls at 3:45am asking if we are in the room. Find out they assigned our room to another guest. In the morning we realize whomever was in our room to repair the toilet the day before took a bag of dirty clothes and towels for no known reason. Very unorganized, although food was good and the room was ok except for toilet.
