We had a wonderful stay at the Pomeroy Hotel and truly appreciated the warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout our visit. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well maintained, making our stay both relaxing and enjoyable. A special commendation goes to Zarah at the front desk. She was exceptionally friendly, professional, and helpful from the moment we arrived. Her positive attitude and willingness to assist made a big difference and set the tone for our entire stay. Thank you to the Pomeroy Hotel team—and especially Zarah—for providing such excellent service. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.
