Clean and tidy as always. Disappointed that I booked the executive floor and the lounge and gym were closed for renos. These were the reasons I booked this floor. This was not noted on the booking site. A couple things out of their control this week such as a new fire alarm system to test and water was shut off to the room for while. Was informed of these events, just a bit inconvenient.

This is our second stay here, enjoyed our stay again, staff were polite and helpful even at 1am when we arrived, very clean and tidy, breakfast was amazing plenty of options. The only problem we found was the air-conditioning in the room wasn't working properly, but apart from that everything was excellent, will definitely stay there again

Staff were very pleasant, room was clean, matress was dated but comfy, continental breakfast was good. When I was parking I saw someone going around pulling on door handles of cars so I was sure to park my truck close to a camera/front doors. Security needs to be improved to get rid of the less than desirables loitering around.
