Downside bathroom ceiling paint peeling which didn’t affect my stay. No desk or mirror in main part of room. Bathroom is tiny, sink and small mirror outside bathroom. Not ideal for more than one person to get themselves ready for there day. UPSIDE staff were amazing everything was clean and comfortable

Rooms were recently renovated and were clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. Good restaurant in the hotel. Exterior of the building needs attention. Overall, a pleasant stay at the Grand Marshal Inn.

Excellent service by restaurant and front staff. The room was comfortable, albeit a bit warm upon arrival. Our room faced the highway and was a bit noisy. The room was clean and had no strange odours. It would have been nice to have a microwave, but the fridge was appreciated. A bag breakfast was included, which was a bonus.

Water is hard and stinky.

The only comment i have is the water. It stinks, and since it's hard ,yoiur skin is still slippery after lots of washing.

The water was very hard. Cant even wash the face with this water. The customer service was amazing. During booking the website mentioned free breakfast but it was false info. The breakfast was a bag with two tiny muffin, a yogurt and fruit. I was disappointed on the wrong information.

Check in process was wonderful and my associate was so accommodating! Would highly recommend staying at the Grand Marshal Inn as you travel the highway through Hythe.
