Arrived at hotel, had booked a Queen Suite, with pull out couch, when arrived was told they did not have that set up anymore although their advertisement on the Best Western website stated they did, so requested a Queen suite, was given a room with 2 double beds. limited toilet paper, when asked for another roll was told none available. If it had not been for the fact that I would have been charged for the rooms I would have gone somewhere else, if this is the way a Platinum member gets treated, never again

A great hotel, would stay again

Hotel was good, lots of parking, prompt service. Room was clean, hotel was clean. Breakfast was hot and had good selection, gentleman working breakfast was attentive. Only oddity was shower was tiny, a little corner shower that was the smallest I’ve seen in a hotel in a long time

We stayed for two days here and service was poor. They never made sure if our room was clean or not, if we needed something we had to go to the front and get it from them. Ladies working at the front were rude and I won’t recommend this hotel to anyone, did not enjoy my stay here.
