There was a fire at the hotel and we were not notified. We showed up to check in with ny two kids who were very excited to stay the night and swim in the pool, only to be let down. When i called the number for thr front desk they were not even slightly apologetic.

The hotel had been deemed unsafe due to a fire almost 3 weeks before we arrived. The hotel doors were locked, no one was there, and it was vacant. Very poor customer service to not notify us ahead of time. It cost us way more to find last-minute arrangements. Wyndham needs to do something to make this right.

The front desk staff was great! The cleaning staff possibly need proper cleaning practices training. The location is great and they are updating a lot in the hotel but the cleaning is not good at all. The bedding looked mostly clean except for a large greasy looking stain and it smelled burnt and a faint smell of urine. 223

At about 9pm when people should have been winding down we heard doors being slammed constantly like the other guests were trying to tear them off the hinges. The room floor was not carpeted but very dusty and hair strands were all over our slippers and socks. Toilet paper was low and we barely had any towels. Breakfast the next day was pitiful to be called continental.
