I was disappointed to learn that breakfast is not offered at this hotel. Many hotels at a similar price point include at least a basic breakfast. When I made the reservation through Orbitz, it mentioned that breakfast was included. Even during check-in, no one informed me that breakfast was not offered. I was visiting for a business meeting and chose this hotel because it is close to downtown. Unfortunately, I had to go out in the morning to find breakfast, which was inconvenient. I hope the hotel either updates the booking information or considers offering breakfast in the future.

No Breakfast, despite Orbitz saying there was. They are under construction and who knows when it will end. Mattresses are hard, thermostats are confusing, shower heads are too high for me (5'5") to reach.

Pool and breakfast was advertised as included in price, no pool not a big deal, but there wasn't anywhere to get breakfast anywhere near the hotel. Really put us behind schedule not being able to get breakfast at the hotel. Breakfast was advertised as included in the room price!

Staff was great, unfortunately our room was freezing with a broken heater, so we ended up in a different room that was a different price (in the lower range), and had a different bed from what we reserved. I’d reserved a king size bed and ended up in a double queen room. And I know there’s a significant price difference, as I intentionally chose a king size room because that’s is what we have at home and what we are accustomed to. I did not want two queens for us to sleep separately or to share a smaller bed. The staff was great about accommodating us and adjusting things but unfortunately had no available rooms with king size beds so we ended up in the room we ended up in.

Booked a whirlpool suite and the jets in the tub barely worked. The handles and spout for the tub were broken and it was hard to turn the water on. Had to request lightbulbs for one of the lamps because it wasn’t working. Upon check in learned the pool was out of order due to renovation which was not noted at booking or in an email at all. Lobby smelled like weed.

Web reservation said there was breakfast but there is not due to renovations. There was not even a sign saying no breakfast so we were surprised as it was not mentioned even there was a sign saying the pool was closed. The thermostats are very confusing. It was 62 in the room when we arrived and my traveling companion froze his rear end off where I have stayed before and I figured mine out. But the LCD panel on his was blank. I set mine at 79 because I have a cold and was chilled. By morning it finally got up to 65.

The listing for booking does not mention this property is under construction. There is no pool and no breakfast so if you want those amenities don't book this. The room itself was very fresh and clean. There is new bedding and towels. However they did not provide cleaning service and fresh towels daily. Despite me hanging the card on the door requesting the room be cleaned, there was no service. I asked at the front desk, so out of my 4 day stay, only one day they provided cleaning. If you enjoy hotel amenities this is not the place to stay, but the rooms ARE clean and fresh and once construction is completed I'm sure this will much nicer.
