Tried to check in and no one was available at front desk and the lobby smelled like weed. I went to the store and then came back 45 min later and it was the same scenario but someone came from the back to help check me in. When I got up to my room it was clean to a point but there was a large plastic square on the side of the wall for a "repair area" it was partially pushed through and exposed pipes and insulation. Then the bathroom door was loose. Over the bed there was also a circular hole in the drywall that had a pipe for fire sprinkler coming out but the hole was gaping and had at least 2 in around it exposed . Sketchy at best. Will not be staying here again

There was a bug in the shower in the morning. Thought nothing of it and rinsed it down the train. As Im waiting my uber to arrive I see a GIANT spider on the wall of the lobby. I told concierge and they laughed it off. Literally, went up to it, laughed and walked away. I thought that was odd and left. When I got back to my room, there 4 ROACHES crawling up the curtain. Needless to say, I freaked out. I had just received my food delivery and sat down to eat. Instead I had to move to the 3rd floor. The response from concierge this time was “weird, we haven’t had bug at all this year” Not “I’m sorry, that’s horrific” They just moved to me another room. I was not able to sleep because I kept thinking there were probably roaches in every room. It was absolutely disgusting. Clearly they have a bug problem. I would not touch the breakfast either. I have pictures but there isn’t anywhere for me to attach them. Will never stay here again and recommend anyone else does either. I should also add that the thermostat in the 2nd room didnt work and the AC wouldn’t turn off so I unplugged it. It was 62 degrees. I didnt mention it because I just badly wanted out.
