Room was good and clean and comfortable. Bathroom plug in is in an unusable spot. Small detail but we were there after New Years and the decorations are still Fall! Kind of unacceptable for me. Shows real lack of care.

We were given a room with nail polish all over the bathroom wall. Staff was great, however, did not give us a new room. Breakfast was not great, less than desirable options. We have stayed in hotels that have been more cost efficient with much better breakfast options. Disappointed.

Check-in was seamless. Room was really clean and spacious. Beds and sheets were so comfortable. My son said he had the best sleep ever. Breakfast was incredible. Substantial options are available and fresh. The hallways are impeccable. We highly recommend it 😊

The breakfast both days were terrible, all tables were dirty, out of all food items and we were there both days shortly after the breakfast area opened. The person in there was supper kind but out of everything, even out of stray for the waffle machine so people could not make waffles because those that did try had to scrape them out in pieces were stuck so bad. Breakfasts aside, the motel was spotless and clean and staff were very nice.

My husband got up around midnight to take a shower. We had NO hot water! He left the faucets running for over 20 minutes but we still got cold water. He went down to the front desk and was told maintenance was as working on it. Then told him we could move to another room so we could have hot water. He told them I was sleeping and that he would go to the new room for his shower. In the morning, we still had no hot water. My wife, with a recent broken arm in a cast, had to take her things down to the other room in order to take her shower. We were not happy! They wouldn’t do anything for us (like discounting the room) because we booked through you guys. Very disappointing!

Everything was good except for no hot water at night for a shower or to wash up. We returned to room 404 about 10:30 pm. No hot or even warm water. We let it run for almost 10 minutes and nothing. In the morning, it worked fine. Everything else was good.
