The hotel looks nice from the outside and the check in/out process is easy but the room itself was gross. My children found a used needle/syringe near the pull-out bed (couch) and when we reported it, they removed the needle but did not even offer us a new room. When we reported it to who we booked through, they tried to get the situation covered for us but the hotel refused to be accommodating.

We found that our garbage cans in the room were not empty and between the armoire and the tv stand/dresser there were discarded items on the floor. I stay with this chain often and this was a first.

Staff was very friendly. Check in was easy. Room was adequate. However, bed sheets were dirty. And by dirty, top sheet had some boogery looking substance on it, bottom sheet had blood stain, and pillowcase had something stuck to it that made fabric stick together. Other bed in room was fine. They brought us up clean sheets and all was good. Lighting in bathroom was terrible, just a glowing light up mirror. And door for bathroom was a sliding barn door so no noise cancelling properties at all for your toileting needs.
