Confort of furnishing in living room lacking confort. Lots of extra fees.Trouble getting into condo. But, all in all we enjoyed our stay. Nice and handy to shops and restaurants in in Grand Lake and very handy to explore Rocky mt. Nat'l park.kitchen was well equipped. Bath needs better supply of towels (3),washcloths (2), handtowels (2), for 2 people,for 6 nights.

Perfect location near all the shops on Grand Ave. A short walk to the public beach area and marina. The patio that faces the river is beautiful and a great place to relax and have a meal. The unit had everything we needed and much more. Self check in was easy and hassle free. With four of us the unit was a bit tight but very doable. Everything was clean and we had plenty of the “necessary” items. The only thing that could use improvement is the stairs and ramp at the entry (was difficult to maneuver a walker on) and the entry hall could use some cleaning. The unit it self worked for the walker and it was clean and ready for us at check in. Thank you for having us. We will definitely be back again.

Great location. Perfect for a weekend getaway. It over shot our expectations significantly. The roar of the rushing water can be heard in the bedroom with door left open. Coffee every morning on the deck was delightful amidst the Aspens.Maureen has everything you need for your stay.

Convenient and comfortable

We stayed two nights on a xc ski vacation. The location is super close to the town center restaurants and to RMNP access. The kitchen is well equipped. Enjoyed our stay.

Nice But....

The property was wonderful but it came with so many rules and regulations with severe penalties. If you went in 15 minutes early you would be penalizes $25. If you check out (10am) 15 minutes late it's a $50 charge, 30 min $75. etc. The Condo was basically clean but someone did forget to flush the toilet. It was not pleasant. Love the area and the Condo, but for the cost with all the fees... we will be looking elsewhere next time.

The condo was lovely with just enough room for the four of us. What made it great though was the beautiful river in the backyard and easy walk to downtown Grand Lake.

Hiking in RMNP

The accommodations were above average. Kitchen is fully supplied and equipment is relatively new or in very good condition. This unit sits adjacent to the creek. Have a beverage on the patio after a long day of hiking.

Excellent location

My husband and I stayed here with our two teenage sons. The location was perfect, and the river outside the back was awesome. A short walk to restaurants, shops, and the lake. It was a tight fit with four adult-sized people. There is not comfortable seating for four people, with only a couch and stools in the living area. That being said, I would definitely recommend this for two people, as it had the perfect size and seating for two.

Like being in the woods yet right in town

Loved being right next to a stream and hearing the sound of the rushing water over the rocks. We enjoyed the fireplace too. The patio next to the to the stream is mostly private but not a problem even though you share the back patio with the next door neighbor. It was so convenient to be in town . You literally can walk from the condo to all parts of the town and are only a few blocks away from the lovely lake view. The only issue is you can hear the people moving around upstairs at times. And if it had more floor lamps you would be able to have nice light without having to turn on the overhead lights. We were very comfortable there.

Amazing river front property!

We always stay here when we are in grand lake! Place is clean, has everything you need to cook, easy check in and check out procedures, right on a beautiful river 20 feet from your patio, easy to communicate with owner, est all your meals in front of the river! Also 1 and a half blocks from the downtown action and beach! This is hands down the best place to stay in grand lake bet you have the tranquil setting of the river and trees and downtown is right there 2 min. Walk.

We’ll equipped

Heavenly location on the north inlet. Deer browsing outside door, sound of water rushing over granite boulders. Bed comfortable, kitchen very well equipped for any cook. Quiet, clean, close to shops and restaurants.
