3 bedroom/2 bathrooms- Original Homestead house on this gorgeous ranch w/ the Colorado river running along it and then the river enters Shadow Mountain Lake. Included:canoes, kayaks, paddle boards. 6 acres fishing ranch w/ 5 cabins along the river. Lots of private space fire pits--wood incl. Also central fire pit for families & a children's playground. We have free bikes for kids--and it's dog Disneyland! And if the town is setting off fireworks you can see them from our "Fireworks" dock.
The cabin is heated and features a kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.
