Anyone hoping to find a “home away from home” will find this condo supplied with everything needed for a most enjoyable stay. As my wife said,” this place is so cute and charming.” The unit’s central location makes for easy navigation to downtown (wonderful small business shopping), as well as quick access to highways leading to Fruita and Palisade. The host answered our questions in a timely manner. All in all, I highly recommend this condo.

Laura’s home is so comfortable. She has thought of everything! The beds are a dream! It is well supplied with anything one could need. And it was clean! The location can’t be beat. CMU IS maybe 5 min away. There is a First Watch directly across the street. The hospital is around the corner. Laura was so easy to communicate with and responded to any questions we had within minutes. Her home was just right for us and is thee first place we will look when we return again. Thank you Laura!

We were visiting CMU, and it was super convenient less than 2 miles from campus and everything else, shops and restaurants were less than 5-10 minutes away. Close to Colorado National Monument, which is we highly recommend a visit if you are in GJ.

This condo was a perfect spot for our stay in Grand Junction! Laura was a great communicator and easy to get ahold of. She is truly a terrific host. The living room is great with comfy reclining chairs and a nice TV. Every bed had was extremely comfy so we all slept great. As for the location, it was extremely easy to get where we needed to and right by the main road but never too noisy. Close to good food too. Overall, we loved staying at Laura’s place and next time we are over in Grand Junction we will be choosing to stay here again.
