The stay was generally average—nothing particularly bad, but nothing that stood out either. The main bed was decent, though the pull-out couch was quite old and worn. Floors could have been cleaner, but the bathroom was in good condition. I didn’t use the pool, so I can’t comment on that.
The hotel overall felt a bit outdated. While there were signs of partial renovation, some areas still felt slightly grimy. Notably, the ice machine area on the 5th floor had an unpleasant odor.
For $250 a night plus taxes, the value felt questionable, though I understand that limited availability and the tourist location may impact pricing. On the plus side, the staff were friendly and accommodating. I wouldn’t necessarily recommend it, but I didn’t have a negative experience either.
