Covered boat slip, community boat ramp, fenced yard, lot's of parking, relaxing covered back porch, secondary porch and floating dock to get some sun or just chill! King Master BR with newly remodeled bathroom and custom shower, 2 other rooms with queen beds and remodeled guest bath. Bring the family and bring the dog! Pet friendly with a dog door to the backyard. Very comfortable living room furniture with huge TV, cable and Wi-Fi provided. Large dining room table. Gas grill.
