COZY AND COMFORTABLE APARTMENT SITUATED JUST 3 MINUTES WALKING FROM LAS CANTERAS BEACH, one of the Spain´s 10 best beaches according to "Tripadvisor Travellers Choice 2015".
The apartment is strategically situated between the main atractions of the Puerto-Las Canteras district (see photo with map), on its main street well known because the famous Carnival parade passes by.
Just turning the corner you will find the "Mercado del Puerto", one of the coolest places in Las Palmas for tapas & drinks.

This large 80 square metres apartment is modern and warmly decorated where you will feel like at home.

Tranquility is insured due to installation of Climalit high quality double glazed windows in the whole house.

In adittion, it is full equipped; beach towels, complete household, italian coffe maker and also a Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, squeezer, mixer, washing machine and dryer, wide screen TV, sound system...
