This chalet is newly remodeled, with an exquisite taste, and has 3 double bedrooms and two full bathrooms (both with shower).It is a one storey Villa, very nice and comfortable with a big terrace, where part of the same is roofed, and great views of the sea. A place to enjoy the solarium, Smart TV, safebox and free high-speed internet. It also has a spacious living room with air conditioning and an equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, fridge, washing machine and dryer.
This residential complex has a private parking space and pedestrian access to the upper part that communicates with the center of Playa del Inglés, where in 15 minutes you can reach the Yumbo Shopping Center and all the amenities you may need.
