A cama não era de casal, juntaram duas de solteiro e ficou ruim de dormir, pois ficava um buraco no meio. O banheiro era extremamente gelado e o café da manhã não tinha muita variedade e o que tinha estava tudo frio(inclusive o ovo mexido).

Infraestrutura do hotel era boa, mais o quarto era muito pequeno, a cama nao era aconchegante e havia pouco cobertor e travesseiros era apenas dois, e nao tinha espelho no quarto, so no banheiro. Café da manhã muito bom e os atendentes bem atenciosos.

Deixou a desejar, fraco demais

Audaciosa uma placa na frente do estabelecimento chamando de hotel “premium”. Quarto extremamente básico, totalmente construído de paredes de gesso, até mesmo paredes externas não eram de alvenaria. Ao ligar o Split sacudia o quarto todo. Uma bomba d’água ficava próxima do quarto e cada vez que algum hóspede utilizava água, fazia um barulho bastante inconveniente, principalmente na calada da noite. Chuveiro elétrico de baixo desempenho. A pia era quase do tamanho duma xícara e a torneira “com água quente”, saia apenas um fio d’água. Ao levantar do vaso, batia a cabeça do teto, tinha um rebaixo do gesso. No anúncio dizia TV 32 polegadas, no quarto tinha uma telinha de cerca de 20”. Temperatura em gramado zero graus, pessoal arrumou o quarto para nos receber com apenas uma cobertinha de solteiro toda manchada ainda. Split grosso de pó no filtro, assim como exaustor do banheiro. Cortina pra abrir e fechar era “no braço”, tudo quebrado. Elevador não leva a todos andares do prédio, alguns lances não necessários subir de escada. Café da manhã ok. O armário não contava com nenhum cabide e mesmo se tivesse, a travessa para pendurar estava quebrada e atirada lá. Não disponibilizava cobertas extras no quarto, nem travesseiros. Wi-Fi funcionou bem. Não tinha aconchego algum tanto o quarto quanto o hotel, é uma pena, faltam detalhes simples que mudariam toda experiência. Infelizmente não recomendo e jamais voltarei, por preço nenhum.
