Adoramos nossa estadia. A propriedade é linda, com manutenção impecável, com espaço para crianças, ampla área verde, excelente para descansar. Ficamos em um apartamento. Não era muito amplo, mas suficiente para 3, confortável e limpo. Destaque especial para o excelente café da manhã! Serviço impecável. Já estive em resorts 5* que não ofereciam um serviço tão bom. Todo pessoal do staff muito solícito, educado e amigável.

Wonderful place that I will come back again.

It might be a bit hard to find, but it's actually minutes away by car to Gramado. Know the path once and it's super convenient. The property is huge, and has lots of greens. There is even a farm where I spotted an extraordinary golden long-tailed bird. Wonderful bedding and nice heating. The hotel and my room are super clean and cozy.

No geral o hotel é muito bom. Possui uma área grande com jardim, piscina, lago, campo de futebol, redário, fazendinha, etc. Os bangalôs são bons também, porém poderiam melhorar em alguns aspectos de manutenção, como a ducha que a saída de água não é uniforme, parecendo uma cachoeira. Quanto à limpeza, poderia melhorar também, pois quando deixamos disponível durante o dia, só eram trocadas as toalhas, retirado o lixo e a cama arrumada. O chão e a privada não eram limpos. Em outros hotéis que já nos hospedamos o quarto era limpo todos os dias, mas é compreensível por conta da quantidade de funcionários. O café da manhã é maravilhoso e os funcionários muito educados, atenciosos e prestativos. Adoramos a estadia e nos sentimos bem acolhidos.

Lugar agradável mas falta acolhimento

Instalações boas, reformadas e confortáveis. Atendimento falta empatia dos funcionarios e falta uma recepção (precisa ser rerformada) e um restaurante mais aconchegantes. Mesma coisa para a estrutura da fazendinha que é muito precario para se fazer uma visitação. O lugar é muito agradavel, mas falta um cuidado melhor nestes setores. Daria nota 8.

Estadia no Bangalôs da Serra

Houve um contratempo em relação a energia elétrica. Ficamos com o quarto sem luz por quase 24 horas, sendo uma noite, e o eletricista aparentemente não tinha destreza pra resolver a questão. A falta de energia foi sanada no dia seguinte. A equipe fez um pedido de desculpas e não cobrou um valor de 123 reais de consumo no restaurante do hotel. De todo modo, apesar de compreender a boa vontade, sugiro que o hotel faça uma revisão do sistema elétrico de modo a diminuir as chances de ocorrerem estes fatos por ocasião de ocupação plena ( o curto quase certamente deu-se em virtude de sobrecarga).
