Excelente escolha!
Podem reservar sem medo de surpresas! O apartamento é lindo, novo, moderno, espaçoso e tem um cheirinho de limpeza que você sente na hora que chega. Tudo funcional, prático e novo. Não tem nenhum comercio ao lado. Mas é muito perto do centro. E 2 esquinas antes tem um supermercado bem grande. Parece longe, quando olhamos no mapa. Mas como estará de carro, é muito rápido. Se não estiver de carro em Gramado, não aconselho hospedar aqui. Aí, precisa ficar no centro mesmo.
Parte negativa: não tem café da manhã (embora tenha todos os utensilios para você comprar e montar seu cafe no apartamento). E desaconselho se não estiver de carro.
Parte positiva: mais baratos do que os hoteis do centro. Tudo novinho e limpinho. Ambiente moderno. Não tem o estresse de precisar achar vaga quando chegar.
