Unpleasant lack of support from the Front Desk during checkout. I specifically asked where is the airport shuttle station. I was provided some general indications (‘just take a right’) and was not provided with any support on how can I buy the online tickets (Swedish web site). Hotel is in a great location restaurants, theme park and shopping centre close by. One the bus route from the airport so easy to get to. Room was a good size and was clean but did not feel very fresh. Terrible drainage issues in shower which resulted in a room change. New room was fresher but unfortunately the drainage issue was not resolved. Anytime someone used their bathroom our bathroom would smell. We resorted to covering the drain when not in use to reduce the smell. Breakfast selection was lovely, lots of choice for everyone and things were replenished quickly. Staff were very nice throughout our staff but we would not return or recommend. Our final days of our trip were noisy and chaotic due to the hotel being overrun with children on a soccer camp. There was nowhere to escape in the communal areas, the lifts were constantly blocked due and the breakfast hall was super busy. I personally felt that it would have been better if one of the breakfast rooms was assigned to the soccer camp and normal residents could use the second room. I reached out to the hotel after our stay but had no response and had to go through hotels.com to resolve my complaint. If you are seeking a hotel with a spa facility then I would recommend Jaczy which has a fun vibe whilst maintaining a level of relaxing.

Super fint hotel. De har et sindrigt system til at booke morgenmad, hvilket jeg gik udfra var for at sikre alle fik plads. Men 2 af 3 morgener blev vi sendt til en anden etage. Den ene dag, blev vi endda sendt i nogle tilstødende lokaler. På tredje dagen fik vi lov at opleve den flotte morgenmadsrestaurant, der havde et marginalt større udvalg, men meget mere serviceminded personale. Jeg blev positivt overrasket at finde en isspand på værelset, og tilhørende isterningmaskine ved elevatorerne. Den spyttede desværre ikke noget ud, efter gentagne forsøg henover aftenen. Blev sendt 4 etager op til den næste, men den var heller ikke i humør til at levere isterninger. Men ellers er flot hotel og dejlig placering. En vinduespudsning ville give oplevelsen af 14.etage et løft.

Ble varmt på rommet. Kunne ikke åpne vinduer eller få aircondition til å kjøle. Hotellet sine parkeringsplasser var allerede fullt belagt, så måtte parkere på avgiftsbelagt plass i nærheten. Blir litt stort og upersonlig.
