I booked a luxury suite with river view but was given another type of room with no view. When I questioned it, I was told that Expedia don’t sent through the room booked. My friend had a much nicer room and paid a third less.

What a beautiful place to stay. Our room was tasteful decorated and very comfortable. The grounds are gorgeous as is the surrounding area and walks. The staff were friendly and accommodating and the food was very much enjoyed. We'll be returning.

Off the beaten track but worth it

Lovely hotel. Warm welcome with helpful staff who even sorted my car charging for me. Off the beaten track (only 5 mins) but worth it. Great late rate.
