This attractive apartment complex is located in the northeast of Olbia, in the fishing village Golfo Aranci. The modern furnished apartment has a comfortable living/dining area, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can accommodate a family of up 4 members. Cooking like at home! In the well-equipped open kitchen with dining area and dishwasher, the enthusiastic (hobby) cook will find everything his heart desires to create a delicious meal. In the adjoining living room with sofa bed for 2 persons, the large TV with satellite connection provides entertainment for young and old. Additional amenities include air conditioning, a cot and a baby bed as well as a high chair for children. Two large double doors lead to the bright sun terrace with large garden and sea view. In less than 10 minutes walking distance you can reach the centre of Golfo Aranci, where you will find various shopping facilities, restaurants, bars and cafés. The nearest beach is only 500 m away (a 5-minute walk).
