I had an overall good time here. I had 2 issues:
-When first walking into the room, there was a lot of leaves, dust and dirt that had blown under the door. The door had no rubber seal at the bottom to prevent this, so your first impression of the room is stepping onto a dirty floor. I understand nature will do its own thing, but a rubber thing on the bottom would help prevent this.
-when checking in I asked about the Sea world entry passes that were apart of my package. I asked when I would receive the other tickets as I only got 1. (The package said 4 tickets per day of stay). I got told as I was the only one staying that I am the only one getting a ticket. I said that I would like to bring the baby I was looking after to sea world, and got told I would have to add them to my reservation for $60/ night extra, or buy a day pass. I googled to buy a pass and it said children under 3 are free. When I asked again, the girl confirmed that. When receiving the email of the first ticket, the information given by Sea world was not helpful, it had no details and no information. This mixed with being told the wrong thing by the front desk added more confusion. Once looking at the reservation info again, it did not state that it was 1 ticket per who was staying, it just said 4. So sea world then had to supply another ticket, as per the contract for the reservation. It added a whole lot of issues, in which should have been a nice relaxing stay.
